Portrait of Kriti Lodha, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Shera Care

Kriti Lodha

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, FOUNDER

Kriti Lodha is the Founder & CEO of Shera Care and a seasoned marketing, technology, and customer experience executive with 15+ years of experience building and scaling multi-million-dollar businesses, brands, and teams. She has held leadership roles at Toast and Procter & Gamble, from leading household brands like Gillette and Mr. Clean to helping build and scale consumer businesses at Toast through the pandemic and beyond its IPO. Kriti’s commitment to maternal mental health is deeply personal, shaped by her own traumatic experience with postpartum psychosis during the pandemic despite having no prior mental health history or known risk factors. Her journey- from an emergency room and general psychiatric hospitalization separated from her family and baby to traveling out of state for specialized perinatal treatment- exposed critical gaps in the maternal mental health care system and ultimately changed the trajectory of her career. Kriti is now a healthcare entrepreneur and nationally recognized advocate dedicated to tackle the maternal mental health crisis - and turn her pain into purpose.
